Logistics Manager Location: Lincoln Salary: £50,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Prestige Recruitment Specialists are recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturing business for an experienced Logistics Manager to join their team based in Lincoln. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of products while maintaining high standards of service, quality and compliance. You will be responsible for leading logistics teams, managing transport and warehouse operations, improving processes and driving operational performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop logistics teams to achieve operational targets. Oversee transport, warehouse and distribution activities. Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement. Manage external logistics providers and supplier relationships. Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiencies. Work closely with production, planning and supply chain teams. Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards. About You: Previous experience in a Logistics Manager, Transport Manager, Distribution Manager or similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or food production would be advantageous. Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
