This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced trust and private wealth lawyer to join a leading firm in one of the world’s premier locations for private wealth work.
You will be part of a small team with a thriving practice, that wins plaudits for the calibre of work it does, and for its outstanding client service. It will be a varied role, advising UHNW individuals and the family offices, trusts, and institutions that service them, on a broad range of non-contentious and contentious matters.
You will be joining a team that is driven and ambitious, but at the same time has a collegiate and friendly culture. Once established, you will be leading on your own matters and playing a key role in client management and business development, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who is seeking a strong platform on which to build the next stage of their career.
Requirements
- Overseas qualified lawyers (solicitor advocate or barrister) must be admitted in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa).
- Likely to suit someone with a minimum of 6 years’ Call/PQE (more senior lawyers are encouraged to apply).
- Experience of advising UHNW private clients on trusts and private wealth matters with either a leading onshore or offshore firm.

- Low-tax salary, negotiable depending on experience.

Process
- Interviews will take place by videoconference
- Start dates typically around 3-6 months later (depending on your notice period).
