Employment Lawyer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment lawyer with at least 2 years’ PQE to join a highly regarded London practice, with a particular focus on advising senior executives, directors and partners on complex employment and partnership matters.

The team has a strong reputation for acting for senior individuals on sensitive, high-value and often reputationally significant matters. The practice combines technical employment expertise with a commercial and strategic approach, tailoring its advice depending on whether a matter requires collaborative negotiation, robust contentious representation or litigation.

Experience required:

• Qualified in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction
• At least 2 years’ PQE in a leading Employment practice
• Experience acting for senior executives, directors, partners or other senior individuals is highly desirable
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
