The Role As Prep Chef, you will play a key role in the daily preparation and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring the team is fully set up for service. xwzovoh
Responsibilities include:
Preparing fresh ingredients and mise en place to a high standard
Butchery, vegetable prep, sauces, stocks, and desserts
Maintaining organisation and cleanliness throughout the kitchen
Supporting chefs across sections when needed
Following food hygiene and safety procedures at all times
Were Looking For Someone Who: Has previous experience in a fresh-food kitchen
Is organised, efficient, and dependable
Takes pride in preparation and consistency
Works well independently and within a team
Enjoys early starts and structured shifts
