## Job Overview
We are seeking a 3rd experienced Chef to join our team at our traditional, busy pub restaurant near Carmarthen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home made traditional favourites along with a flair for creating delectable special dishes. As a Chef, you will be responsible for ensuing continuous high quality food presented well at all times. ## Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following standard recipes
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as required
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Create new menu items and specials in collaboration with the management team ## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Proficient in various culinary techniques
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment
- Be able to work well as an individual and as part of a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment ### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
