About the role

YOTEL Edinburgh is seeking a Reception Supervisor to lead the front desk team in Edinburgh city centre. You will ensure outstanding first impressions, manage guest moves, and coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest journey.

You will train and supervise the Reception crew, attend pre-shift meetings, and stay informed about in-house events and city attractions. A proactive, personable approach and a passion for service are essential.
