As a RIBA Chartered Practice and active contributor to the Federation of Master Builders, the company combines architectural design excellence with construction delivery - challenging the traditional separation between design and build. Working from their studio near Brick Lane, the team focuses on creating thoughtful, innovative homes that genuinely improve how people live. Their projects are design-led, collaborative, and centred around long-term client relationships. The Opportunity Pencil and Brick is seeking a Project Architect to join its growing architectural team. This role will suit an experienced ARB-registered Architect who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through delivery, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the wider development of a design-led practice. You will manage multiple residential projects simultaneously, working closely with the Design Team Lead and construction teams to deliver exceptional private residential schemes. This is a long-term career opportunity with clear progression into senior leadership and director-level positions.
