Service Operations Manager - East Leake

At Saint-Gobain we are looking for a Service Operations Manager to join our Customer Service team based in East Leake. Service Operations Manager will be responsible for leading an operational service team to deliver consistent, high quality customer outcomes.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience of leading, coaching, or supervising others
• The Ability to manage performance and support development
• Ability to use data, reporting, and insight to drive improvements

What you will be doing:

• Directly managing team performance, engagement, and development
• Conducting 1:1s, performance reviews, and development planning
• Coaching individuals to improve capability and outcomes
• Championing a culture of continuous learning and high performance
