We are partnering with a standout boutique live events agency in the Midlands that punches well above its weight, delivering immersive, high-impact experiences for iconic global brands.

They are seeking an Event Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency setup—someone who wants end-to-end project ownership, high visibility with clients, and a role where no two days look the same.

The Mission

As a core driver in a tight-knit agency unit, you will bridge the gap between creative concepts and seamless physical execution. You will own campaigns end-to-end across corporate conferences, brand activations, experiential launches, and dynamic hybrid events.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Take full control of the event lifecycle, managing briefs from initial pitch and scope right through to show day, post-event debriefs, and final account sign-offs.
• Client Account Management: Act as the main, trusted partner for key client stakeholders—delivering high-touch, collaborative account growth and delivery.
• Budget & Commercial Control: Build and maintain detailed project timelines, supplier costings, and event budgets (typically up to £100k+) with sharp commercial discipline.
• On-Site Production Leadership: Lead on the show floor—directing AV technicians, staging teams, crews, venues, and suppliers to guarantee flawless execution.
• Quality & Brand Standards: Champion the agency’s benchmark for polish and precision across every single touchpoint.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of live events experience within a small-to-mid-sized Event, Production, or Experiential agency.
• Proven track record running live events for 250+ delegates while maintaining strict budget control.
• Tech/Production literacy—comfortable collaborating with AV technicians, set builders, digital production teams, and venue directors.
• Solutions-focused mindset: cool under pressure, highly organized, and used to wearing multiple hats in an agile agency environment.
• Midlands-based with ability to work 2 days/week in the Leicester studio, alongside travel for live show days.
