Associate Solicitor - Commercial Disputes

Are you a talented Commercial Disputes Solicitor looking for the opportunity to work on high-quality, complex litigation without the constraints of a traditional office-based role?
My client is seeking an ambitious and technically strong Associate Solicitor to join their growing Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of challenging Commercial Disputes matters for business clients across a variety of sectors, while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote working environment.

The Opportunity
You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on more complex and high-value disputes. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied workload across a broad range of commercial litigation matters and will be encouraged to take ownership of cases while developing their strategic and technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising and representing clients on a wide range of Commercial Disputes matters, including:
- Contractual disputes
- Property-related disputes
- Breach of director's duties
- Trespass and nuisance claims
- Other business-related disputes
- Managing cases from inception to conclusion.
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings.
- Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, experts, insurers, and other stakeholders.
- Conducting litigation within the relevant legal and regulatory framework.
- Handling insurance-funded litigation matters and supporting claims-handling processes.
- Providing commercially focused legal advice and practical solutions to clients.
- Supervising and delegating work to trainee solicitors, paralegals, and support staff where appropriate.
- Ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Contributing to the continued success and growth of the wider litigation team.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Qualification as a Solicitor (or equivalent).
- Experience handling a varied commercial disputes caseload.
- Strong technical knowledge of Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
- Experience working within a reputable legal practice or litigation team.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively within a collaborative team. xwzovoh
- Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.
