About the role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Payroll Coordinator. This is a new role in their London office whereby the successful applicant will assist with the end-to-end payroll process and support internal and external queries. Inputting UK and international monthly payroll data. Updating new starter, process leavers, and input payroll data. Collecting data, preparing outputs, and distributing reports. Communicating payroll deadlines. Preparing and uploading pension data. Working with the US office to process shadow payrolls. Monitoring HMRC RTI submissions. Supporting internal and external audits. The firm are offering a competitive salary & benefits package, and hybrid working arrangements are in place. Suitable candidates will have gained 2+ years of payroll experience, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered.
