We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Merchandising & Operations Assistant to provide administrative support to our merchandising and operational functions. Working closely with the merchandising and operations teams, you will play a key role in ensuring product availability, maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting sales analysis, and helping deliver a seamless operational process from product intake through to customer delivery.
Support weekly and monthly sales reporting, analysing product performance and identifying trends.
Manage wholesale order administration from order entry through to fulfilment.
Coordinate stock allocations, deliveries, and inventory movements across channels.
Support inventory reconciliations, stock counts, and issue resolution.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Bachelor’s Degree in business or fashion
Understanding of retail KPIs, stock management, and sales reporting.
Experience working with e-commerce platforms and fulfilment operations.
Hybrid working – 3 days in the office.
