About the role
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating a welcoming environment while supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle front desk activities and manage incoming calls
- Serve refreshments to guests as required
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform filing and document management (physical and digital)
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry)
- Presentable, proactive, and service-oriented attitude
