The role Award winning Recruitment agency PE Global Healthcare are currently looking for an experienced 360 Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our HCA/Nursing team based in London. Manage the full recruitment process from developing client relationships to attracting top talent. Candidate attraction via job boards and existing database Experience working in a healthcare recruitment role would be desirable but not essential At least 2 years Recruitment within Healthcare/Recruitment Articulate, flexible and down to earth nature. Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and online resources e.g. Excellent communication skill and the successful candidate will be confident on the phone when talking with decision makers, winning them over with your natural influential skills Hybrid working model Excellent Base Pay Career Progression Company days off for free - Christmas Eve and your Birthday Casual Dress-code, Brilliant Office Location.
