HR Advisor (Temporary)
Location: Glasgow
Rate: £17 per hour
Contract: Temporary - initially 6 months
Pertemps are supporting a large UK organisation with the recruitment of a temporary HR Advisor to join their busy HR operations team. This role will focus primarily on onboarding and employee lifecycle administration within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the onboarding process for new starters, including issuing contracts and offer documentation.
Set up new employees on internal HR systems and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including starters, leavers and contractual changes.
Respond to HR queries from employees and managers.
Ensure all documentation is processed accurately and in line with internal procedures.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail when handling employee information.Requirements
Previous experience in HR administration or onboarding.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Experience issuing contracts or setting up new starters.
Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
