Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Sourcing and qualifying candidates using multiple recruitment tools * Writing and advertising job vacancies * Headhunting high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, CV databases and job boards * Conducting candidate interviews and registration meetings * Building strong relationships with schools and hiring managers * Managing the full recruitment process from interview to placement * Generating leads and winning new business opportunities * Using CRM systems to manage candidates and client activity * Achieving weekly and monthly targets * Building your own market presence and personal brand What We’re Looking For We are looking for ambitious individuals who are: * Hard-working and career-driven * Confident communicators * Resilient and target-focused * Self-motivated and competitive * Money-motivated with a strong desire to succeed * Comfortable speaking on the phone and building relationships * Able to work in a fast-paced sales environment Previous experience in recruitment, sales, telesales, customer service, estate agency, business development, or retail sales is beneficial but not essential.
