We are a fast-growing car supermarket looking for a Bodyshop Prepper to join our expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about cars, whether you’re experienced or looking to develop your skills in a busy, high-volume environment. Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities Prepping vehicles prior to painting Machine polishing Working Hours (Two Shift Options Available) Monday – Friday: 15:00 – 23:30 (30-minute lunch) Every other Saturday: 09:00 – 14:00 Overtime available Monday – Friday: 06:00 – 14:30 (30-minute lunch) Every other Saturday Overtime available Salary & Career Progression ~£30,000 – £45,000 per year (depending on experience) ~ Performance bonus opportunities ~ Clear career progression as the business continues to grow ~ Opportunity to develop within a fast-paced automotive environment Company events Employee discount Full UK driving licence Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Enfield (EN1) or plan to relocate before starting.
