Our client, a reputable main dealership group, is actively seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their esteemed team in Shepperton. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to work within a dynamic, high-volume environment dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Benefits: Basic salary ranging from £21,000 to £27,000 per annum OTE of £50,000+ including commission Monday to Saturday working week with a fixed day off during the week No Sundays required Company car provided Opportunity to work within a well-established main dealer environment Progression opportunities within a reputable dealership groupDuties of the Car Sales Executive: Provide clients with honest, detailed advice regarding vehicles and products, demonstrating extensive product knowledge Maximise all sales opportunities from incoming enquiries and proactive prospecting activities Demonstrate vehicles, including test drives, ensuring customer safety and adherence to legal regulations Maintain accurate customer and enquiry data within the dealership’s CRM system Conduct proper appraisals of vehicles presented for part exchange Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and internal processes Follow the sales process from prospecting to closing, fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction Contribute effectively to team objectives and company standards as a Car Sales Executive Engage in personal development to support business growthRequirements: Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or a strong sales background in a similar environment Passion for delivering high levels of customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and proactive attitude Ability to work within a high-volume dealership environment Knowledge of FCA compliance and insurance policies (desirable) Valid driving licenceThis Car Sales Executive vacancy offers an excellent work-life balance with no Sunday shifts and a competitive package.
