Extra Care Coordinator

We are seeking a warm, compassionate, and proactive Extra Care Coordinator to join our established team in Tower Hamlets. We are a local provider, employing a diverse team of over 150 well supported staff to deliver great services across the borough. You will be based in the vibrant, multi-cultural area of Limehouse, and will work alongside the Registered Manager, handling the operational management and quality of the service, which consists of 40 clients, each living in their own flat.

You will collaborate with the Social Services and other stakeholders, including the Area Manager, to ensure the highest care standards are met. You will provide an empowering, person-centred model of support, which meets the needs of our clients, and works with their families and friends to promote a positive atmosphere. You must be willing to embrace all aspects of the role including, but not limited to, providing support with dignified personal care and domestic tasks, and supporting individuals to access work, education, and social opportunities.

You must be flexible, energetic, and reliable, with a person-centred and respectful approach, and the ability to work in an empathetic and holistic manner to maintain client orientation and independence.
