Field Care Supervisors Yes Care Services is looking for Field Care Supervisors to join our team in: Liverpool Salary: £29,000 + mileage allowance Hours: Full-time About the Role: As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting both our service users and care teams, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care is delivered consistently. Conducting initial visits and assessments for new service users Creating and reviewing personalized care plans Supporting the Care Coordinator with day-to-day operations Providing emergency care cover when required Participating in the on-call rota (1 in 4 weekends + 1 weekday night) Competitive salary + mileage allowance Ongoing training and development Career progression opportunities What Were L ooking For: Experience in the care sector (supervisory experience preferred) NVQ xkybehq Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards) Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle A genuine passion for delivering high-quality community care Ready to take the next step in your care career.
