What we are looking for:
Creative and experienced Chef de Partie
Knowledge of British produce and good quality cuisine
Passion for Food and Customer Service
Capable of running your own section, leading a small team
Happy in a fast paced environment
Previous experience as Chef de Partie
Own transport an advantage
We require all staff to be trained to at least Chef de Partie level and hold NVQ level 2 certificates or the equivalent, and an up-to-date food hygiene certificate. xwzovoh
