Location: Uxbridge - Working Pattern: Hybrid 3 days office, 2 days home | Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Are you a fluent German-speaking recruiter with a passion for finding exceptional talent across Europe? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing TA team, supporting full lifecycle recruitment across the EMEA region.

The Role

Based in Uxbridge with two days working from home, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across EMEA, with a particular focus on Germany. Working closely with regional hiring managers, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates in a timely and efficient manner.

Day to day you will:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers across EMEA to understand their specific requirements
Build and maintain talent pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System
Conduct competency-based telephone screens and interviews
Support cross-border recruitment across Germany, Poland, Spain, and France
Contribute to the consistency and quality of EMEA job descriptions
Share market intelligence and candidate insight with the wider TA team

What We Are Looking For

Fluent German speaker essential
Minimum two years of full lifecycle recruitment experience
Experience of cross-border European recruitment is highly desirable
Familiarity with an ATS or similar recruitment platform
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
A confident communicator who builds relationships with ease
