The key purpose of a Field Care Supervisor (FCS) in our community care service is to ensure that high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered to clients in their own homes. Their role bridges the gap between care staff, clients, and management. To support with adhering to the high compliance requirements that ensures the highest standard of quality within the service.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct initial assessments and regular reviews of client care plans / Risk Assessments
• Perform spot checks, quality monitoring visits, and audits to ensure compliance.
