Electrical Building Services Manager

The Opportunity A leading UK construction and development business is seeking an experienced Electrical Building Services Manager to join a major, long-term development in the South West. This is an opportunity to work on a significant, technically challenging scheme, overseeing the delivery of electrical building services from installation through to commissioning and handover. The successful candidate will join a well-established team with a strong pipeline of future work and excellent opportunities for career progression. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of electrical building services packages on site. Oversee electrical subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions. Monitor installation progress and coordinate interfaces with other trades and disciplines. Drive QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with project requirements. Support testing, commissioning and handover activities. Work closely with design, commercial and operational teams to resolve technical issues. Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental requirements. Requirements Proven experience as an Electrical Building Services Manager, Electrical Project Manager, MEP Manager or Senior Electrical Engineer. Strong technical understanding of electrical building services installations. Experience delivering large-scale commercial, residential, mixed-use, healthcare, life sciences, infrastructure or data centre projects. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractor packages. Relevant Electrical Engineering or Building Services qualifications preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills.
