Location: Chesterfield
Starting Salary: £13.25p/h
Hours: Shifts, Days (Full time Monday to Friday)
Contract: 12 weeks temp to perm position
Reporting to: Operations Manager

Generation People is currently hiring for a Bench Operative to join a manufacturing company based in the Chesterfield area.
This role is suited to someone who has passion and commitment to produce high quality wooden products with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Duties as the bench operative:
Produce high quality, accurate and timely work to meet client demands and tight deadlines. xwzovoh
Assembly work
Use of hand tools and power tools
Proactive team player and committed to continuous improvement.
Manual handling and transportation of products around the warehouse

Candidate Skills & Requirements:
FLT Counterbalance licence advantageous
Minimum 1 years experience in joinery or bench assembly advantageous
Assembly experience
Use of hand tools and power tools
Experience of working with and around wooden products
Reliable and punctual
Great attention to detail
