The Role

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Responding to breakdowns and undertaking fault diagnosis
Supporting continuous improvement projects
Producing accurate maintenance reports and root cause analysis
Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime
Supporting installation and maintenance of site equipment and utilities
Promoting and maintaining high health & safety standards
Liaising with external contractors, suppliers and OEMs
Assisting with the training and development of colleagues

About You

Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Previous manufacturing experience
Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
Knowledge of PLCs, inverter drives and pneumatics
Proactive and solution-focused approach
Good IT skills including Excel and Word
