Salary: £45,000-£47,174 basic per annum + overtime
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week (paid door-to-door)
Overtime: Paid after 40 hours
We are flexible on where the successful candidate is based and would be happy to consider applicants from surrounding areas, including along the M40 corridor. This is a regional field-based role, so applicants must be comfortable travelling across the region, including into London.
About the Role
DD Cooling Ltd is looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our team and support our growing customer base across the South and South East.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a varied role working across a range of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
Previous CO experience is not required. However, we are looking for someone with a genuine interest in developing their career in CO refrigeration. We will provide training and hands-on experience, working alongside experienced members of our CO team to build the knowledge and skills required to become a competent CO engineer.
The successful engineer will be responsible for servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repairs, whilst building strong relationships with customers and helping us maintain the high standards expected across our contracts.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out servicing, diagnostics, fault finding and repairs on refrigeration and air conditioning systems
Attend reactive call-outs and identify and resolve faults
Carry out planned preventative maintenance across customer sites
Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers
Provide paperwork for servicing and repairs
Develop knowledge and experience of CO refrigeration systems
Qualifications & Requirements
F-Gas Certification
NVQ Level 2 minimum in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, ideally Level 3
Previous experience within the refrigeration industry
Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Comfortable travelling across the region, including London
Positive, flexible and team oriented attitude
An interest in developing CO refrigeration skills
