About the role

Passive Fire Supervisor Location: Greater London Salary: £45-50,000 Job Type: Permanent We are currently recruiting for a Passive Fire Supervisor to join an established team delivering passive fire protection projects, with a particular focus on fire door installations and associated passive fire works. This is a hands-on supervisory position, ideal for someone with a background in carpentry, fire door installation or passive fire, who is looking to take on greater responsibility across site delivery, quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate day-to-day site activities and project delivery * Organise and supervise installers, subcontractors and specialist contractors * Carry out site visits, surveys and inspections * Complete fire door surveys and installation quality inspections * Deliver daily briefings and Toolbox Talks * Support access arrangements and maintain high standards of customer care * Record photographs, inspection findings and project information using Joblogic and company systems * Maintain accurate compliance and project records * Assist with quality inspections, snagging and project handovers * Identify and escalate issues relating to quality, safety, programme or access * Support the preparation and maintenance of RAMS, CPPs, COSHH assessments and site documentation * Attend team and client meetings where required * Support audits and accreditation inspections About You: * Previous experience within passive fire, fire doors, carpentry or a related construction environment * Practical knowledge of fire door installation and inspection * Previous supervisory or site coordination experience * Good understanding of passive fire compliance and quality standards * Strong communication and organisational skills * A professional approach to dealing with residents, clients, installers and subcontractors * Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate site records * A strong understanding of health & safety and site documentation * Confidence carrying out site inspections and identifying quality issues Apply now to be considered for this opportunity
