The business is committed to strengthening its governance and regulatory oversight, and you will be part of a team that is focused on building a strong, forward‑looking compliance culture.Your new roleAs a Compliance Analyst, you will work closely with the Head of Compliance to help develop, implement and maintain an effective compliance framework. You will take responsibility for onboarding activity, conducting due diligence and completing KYC checks to ensure all clients and partners meet regulatory and internal standards. Alongside this, you will support wider compliance initiatives, contribute to policy development, assist with monitoring activity and help embed best practice across the organisation.What you'll need to succeedYou will bring experience in onboarding, due diligence and KYC, ideally gained within an insurance, MGA or broking environment. You will be detail‑driven, proactive and confident managing multiple workstreams.
