Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR professional, already working at an HR Business Partner level, to join our clients' organisation during a busy period.
The role will focus upon all areas of HR Business Partnering within a medium-large organisation:
Employee relations
Project work
HR Policies and procedures
Internal communications
Interpret HR metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights
Required experience & skills:
Experience at HR Business Partner level, used to working closely with business leaders to implement and strengthen HR policies and strategies
CIPD Level 5 xwzovoh or above, or equivalent experience
ER experience
HRIS experience
Highly developed UK employment law knowledge and application of this knowledge into a fast-paced, growing business
Strong communication skills across differing levels
