This is an exciting opportunity for someone with insurance regulatory and wording experience who enjoys working collaboratively across legal, compliance, underwriting, and international teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and reviewing insurance product wordings and financial promotions to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supporting product governance and approval processes across UK and European markets.
• Working closely with Legal, Compliance, underwriting teams, and external law firms.
• Monitoring regulatory developments, including FCA and EIOPA requirements, and assessing product impact.
• Supporting annual product reviews and maintaining centralised wording documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in insurance wordings and regulatory compliance within the insurance market.
• Strong understanding of FCA PROD rules and wider regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical ability.
• European regulatory knowledge or additional European language skills would be advantageous.
