The Role

As Head of Department, you will:

• Lead and manage the private client team, ensuring delivery of high-quality client service

Oversee a broad caseload, including wills, trusts, probate, tax planning, and Court of Protection matters

Develop and implement departmental strategy in line with firm objectives

Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and fee earners

Play a key role in client relationship management and business development

• Senior Private Client Solicitor with significant experience (STEP qualification highly desirable)
