Pallet Repair Operative

This is a long-term opportunity to join the operations team as a Pallet Repair Operative, covering a mix of departments. Key responsibilities include: * Unloading pallets from trailers ready for inspection. * Inspecting pallets to assess whether they meet standards or need light repairs. * Repairing pallets using saws, drills, and other tools to fix broken pallets. * Painting pallets to a satisfactory standard for redelivery. * Supporting all yard departments as required, demonstrating flexibility. * Keeping yard and work areas clean and organized. * Meeting daily KPIs and deadlines.
