HGV Class 1 Car Transporter Driver (Tramping)

WS Specialists are recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Car Transporter Drivers to join our team based in Immingham, North Lincolnshire .

This is a permanent Monday to Friday tramping role with guaranteed hours, a dedicated modern Scania, and overtime opportunities.

Pay

£14.00 per hour - Monday to Friday
£17.00 per hour - Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays
Guaranteed 50 hours per week
Overtime available
£12 tax-free daily meal allowance
£25 tax-free night-out allowance
Paid fortnightly

Requirements

HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Proven experience handling abnormal, wide and long loads is essential
Experience operating vehicle transporters is highly advantageous
Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach to vehicle inspections
A strong commitment to safety and customer service

The Role

Operating commercial vehicle transporters
Loading and unloading vehicles using manual and mechanical ramps
Completing vehicle damage inspections before loading and delivery
Working Monday to Friday with regular nights out
Operating to the highest safety standards
