Our client is a well established award winning coastal resort hotel renowned for unobtrusive service and luxurious comfort.
There are two restaurants and this role is to oversee the r osette-rated Seafood restaurant. Bistro/Brasserie-style lunch and a sophisticated, fine-dining evening service.

Menu Innovation: Lead menu creation and execution, developing seasonal a la carte offerings that demonstrate talent and modern presentation.
