I am currently recruiting for my client is Brighton for a fabric technician/Caretaker for a University Halls of Residence. You will have a proven background in maintenance and be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.

Duties will include ppm's such as temp tap test's, tmv temp test, checks on shower heads, walk xwzovoh rounds, as well as fixing cupboard
