Restaurant Manager

Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a confident and hands-on leader to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy, well-established Indian restaurant near Putney.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant.

• Lead, train, and inspire the front-of-house team.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest queries professionally.

• Manage staff rotas, recruitment, and performance.

• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations.

• Monitor stock levels and control labour and operating costs.

• Work closely with senior management to maximise sales and profitability.

• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service throughout the restaurant.

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a busy, restaurant.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

• Commercially aware with experience managing costs and driving sales.

• Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
