We want someone who can bring creativity to this, we want vibrant, delicious mouth watering food that looks amazing and tastes even better! You should thrive during a busy service and be able to handle the pressure of a busy kitchen. Most importantly, you need to be hard working, reliable, with a passion for food and wants to be a positive leader. *Maintaining a positive and encouraging kitchen environment * Assisting with the training of the team and sharing your knowledge * Ordering and stock inventory * Ensuring that the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary, food safety and health and safety practices * Running busy services, maintaining impeccable food preparation and presentation standards of all dishes leaving the kitchen This is a permanent position working across two sites with year round hours to suit a work- life balance.
