Goods-In Operative Bristol | Monday to Friday, 4pm to 12am | Temp-to-Perm What's in it for you £12.76 per hour up to 10pm, rising to £14.36 per hour for hours worked after 10pm Consistent Monday to Friday shift (occasional Sunday overtime when busy, paid a time and a half) Holiday allowance on top of your hourly rate Full training given, no experience necessary if you're quick to learn The role We're looking for a Goods-In Operative to join a busy warehouse team. You'll be sorting, booking, and moving goods through the site, working closely with a small team to hit daily targets. What you'll be doing Sorting incoming items by customer, type, and service Logging items in using our in-house system (full training given) Moving stock to the correct area for processing Carrying out quality checks, you'll need a sharp eye for spotting differences across items (full guidance given) Keeping pace in a fast-moving environment while managing multiple tasks Working as part of a 5 person team to hit daily goals Following instructions from your supervisor What we're looking for Reliable, good timekeeping and attendance Comfortable working at a fast pace Keen to learn the process properly, not just the basics Confident using a PC Able to communicate clearly with the team and supervisor, this role requires clear verbal and written English for safety and accuracy reasons Apply Now
