Strong understanding of modern marketing tactics including events, webinars, content, product-led campaigns and social or paid media \n
Experience working in a commercial, operations, marketing or business-facing environment \n
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational effectiveness using structured methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or similar \n
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and follow-through with the ability to manage multiple priorities \n
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams \n
Experience with or exposure to workflow management and project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms \n
Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use. \n
\n Education \n
\n
~ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Marketing, Business or a related discipline \n
\n Responsibilities
\n Support the global transformation of marketing operations by driving process excellence, campaign workflow optimisation and adoption of modern tools and AI-enabled capabilities.
\n \n
Drive execution and governance of end-to-end marketing campaign workflows including intake, planning, execution and measurement \n
Own the day-to-day use and continuous improvement of workflow management tools such as Asana, including design, best practices and user enablement \n
Apply process improvement methodologies to streamline campaign execution, reduce friction and enhance marketer experience \n
Support delivery of global marketing transformation initiatives and drive adoption of new platforms, workflows and operating models \n
Apply structured change management approaches to assess readiness, gather feedback and embed sustainable ways of working \n
Communicate workflow updates and improvements to stakeholders to ensure awareness and adoption across the organisation \n
Utilise project management methodologies to plan, execute and close projects effectively and on time \n
Use design thinking approaches to engage stakeholders, gather insights and support continuous improvement initiatives \n

\n The Demand Generation and Marketing Operations team is responsible for enabling scalable, efficient and high-impact marketing across Moody’s global organisation. The team drives the adoption of modern marketing technologies, workflow standardisation and AI-enabled capabilities to support more than 160 marketers worldwide. By joining this team, you will play a key role in transforming how marketing operates, partnering cross-functionally to deliver improved processes, stronger capabilities and more consistent execution globally.
