We're looking for a hands-on Supervisor, Team Leader or Junior Assistant Manager who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in great service and wants to develop their career within a quality pub operation.

The Role

Working alongside the management team, you'll help deliver smooth day-to-day operations, support the team on shift and make sure every guest enjoys a great experience.

From busy food and drink service to live sports and events, you'll be involved in all aspects of the operation, helping maintain high standards and creating the kind of atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a pub, bar, restaurant or food-led hospitality environment.

• Previous supervisory experience, or the ambition to step up into your first leadership role.

• A positive, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for hospitality.

• Confidence supporting, motivating and leading a team.

• A good understanding of customer service and operational standards.
