Employment Advisor

We've placed a lot of people here over the years, and they genuinely love it. It's a large, well-established charity where careers really grow. They've just launched a brand-new, long-term funded contract and are now looking to hire new team members in Barnet, Ealing, Hounslow, Harrow, Hammersmith, Brent and Hillingdon. You'll be trained as an IPS Employment Specialist, working in the community to support people with health conditions or disabilities back into employment. Rather than being office-based, you'll hot-desk across various partner sites such as Job Centres, Council Offices, and NHS Trusts. Ad you will be based in only one borough (of those mentioned). People we have placed love the flexibility to manage their own days out in the community. There is even a budget for coffee shops too. You'll typically manage a caseload of around 25 participants, providing tailored employment support and working closely with employers to create the right opportunities. Full training is provided through a mix of online learning, shadowing experienced colleagues, and hands-on guidance from your Team Leader in the community. We're looking for people who have either worked as an Employment Advisor before, or who have experience in a sales-focused role (such as recruitment or B2B sales), or experience supporting vulnerable clients to achieve goals. But please note, the range is between £32,000 - £35,000 (you can start anywhere on this range depending on experience).
