Trainee Recruitment Consultant
, you'll receive industry-leading training while developing expertise in one of the world's fastest-growing recruitment markets. You'll work with international clients and candidates, helping businesses attract the talent needed to drive climate innovation and sustainable growth. This role is ideal for graduates who are ambitious, relationship-driven, and excited by the opportunity to build a high-earning career in recruitment. Key Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates across the sustainability and cleantech sectors.
Source, identify, and engage high-calibre professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through to offer management.
Develop specialist market knowledge across Clean Energy, Carbon, ESG, Future Mobility, and Climate Technology.
Advise clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarking, and talent market insights.
Collaborate with experienced consultants to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions.
Candidate Requirements Fluent German and English language skills are essential (spoken and written).
Degree educated (or equivalent).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly motivated with a strong commercial mindset.
Resilient, ambitious, and eager to build a successful career in recruitment.
Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, climate technology, or the energy transition.
Previous sales, customer service, business development, or recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
