💰 £32,000 – £35,000 Basic Salary + Commission
🏠 Hybrid Working – 4 Days Office / 1 Day Home Working
Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering outstanding customer service?
We are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join a successful and growing team based in Sale, Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience within Industrial or Manufacturing recruitment who enjoys managing existing accounts and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
You will be recruiting blue-collar workers into long-term temp-to-perm opportunities, working closely with established clients and building strong candidate pipelines.
The Role
This is a client-focused recruitment role where you will be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts while ensuring excellent service delivery across all recruitment activity.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing recruitment campaigns for blue-collar temp-to-perm vacancies
* Building strong relationships with existing clients
* Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates
* Managing candidate compliance and onboarding
* Ensuring high levels of customer service throughout the recruitment process
* Maintaining regular communication with both clients and workers
* Managing candidate availability and workforce planning
* Supporting clients with staffing requirements and recruitment solutions
About You
* Minimum 12 months’ recruitment agency experience
* Ideally from an Industrial or Manufacturing recruitment background
* Strong understanding of recruitment compliance processes
* Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
* Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
