Sheltered Scheme Manager

Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Sheltered Scheme Manager on a 3 month contract situated in Sale, Trafford This will involve covering two schemes in Sale The role as Sheltered Manager will involve: - Providing a frontline service to residents within a Scheme - Managing Compliance processes - Supporting residents with Income issues - Completing Heath and Safety checks - Morning Calls - Support Plans - Risk Assessments - Managing voids Due to the nature of this role you must have Social Housing/or Social Care experience To start this role you must have an Enhanced DBS Check Only apply if you match the above criteria Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
