ABOUT THE ROLE

Recruit A Driver is currently recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV Tramper Drivers for general haulage work with a well-established client operating from Tockwith and Immingham.

These positions are initially for one week, with the possibility of further work for reliable drivers who perform well.

This is a straightforward tramping role, ideal for drivers who enjoy general haulage without the need for manual handling.

THE ROLE

• General haulage using Class 1 curtainsider trailers.

• 95% of deliveries involve just one drop.

• No handball or pallet truck work required.

• Overnight parking paid via SNAP.

• Complete daily vehicle checks and relevant paperwork.

• Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and professionally.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.

• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.

• Previous Class 1 general haulage experience.

• Confident and experienced with curtainsider trailers.

• Comfortable with tramping and nights out.

• Reliable, professional and safety-conscious.
