Commercial Litigation Partner - Future Equity Opportunity

Our client, a highly regarded firm with work rivalling top London practices, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Partner to drive growth, develop the department, and work closely with the Head of Disputes on an exciting long-term strategy. With a strong platform already in place, this role offers a clear path to equity.

The Role

Lead and manage a diverse caseload of complex, high-value commercial disputes across multiple sectors.

Handle matters including:

Commercial & international disputes

Shareholder, partnership, and director disputes

Fraud, insolvency, and asset recovery

Restructuring and related disputes

Source and generate new work, leveraging your established referral network.

Play a pivotal role in developing the team and expanding the firm's disputes practice.

The Candidate We are seeking a Partner (or ambitious Legal Director/Senior Associate) who can demonstrate:

A strong track record of originating and managing high-value disputes.

A proven ability to attract new clients and build long-term relationships.

Commercial acumen and strategic thinking to help shape and grow the department.

The ambition to progress towards equity partnership.
