Are you an experienced operations professional with competent MS Excel skills, looking for a role where you can make a real impact within a hospital environment?

We're partnering with a leading healthcare managed services provider to recruit a Service Delivery Manager based at Epsom Hospital

You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day service delivery, managing supplier relationships, leading a small on-site team and ensuring critical stock, equipment and consumables are available to support clinical teams and theatre operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of on-site coordinators
• Manage the ordering of consumables, stock levels, stock rotation,
• Manage supplier performance and service delivery
• Oversee stock control, inventory management and product availability
• Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and clinical teams
• Analyse data and produce operational reports
• Support procurement activities, supplier negotiations and cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure service KPIs are consistently achieved
• To ensure that stock is distributed and shelved in a timely manner from delivery
