Responsibilities

IncludePrioritisationHelp directors and directorates decide what comes first when they bring several requests that Technology cannot resource all at once.DiscoveryRun discovery sessions to clarify what teams are trying to do and what value they are seeking.Demand planningWork with internal Technology teams to understand their capacity, so that commitments made to the business are realistic.Partner engagementHold regular check-ins with Procurement and Information Governance.Key Skills/Experience RequiredStrong commercial thinking with the ability to question what a team has been sold, test whether it fits their needs, and explain the business change involved.A good working understanding of cloud, SaaS and AI, and of the crowded market of tools available.Strong stakeholder engagement abilityAbility to frame problems and apply prioritising/demand management skills competing to facilitate conversations between senior stakeholders.,
