The Role

• Join a supportive Commercial Disputes team in Birmingham.
• Manage a varied caseload covering contractual, property, directors' duties, nuisance, trespass and wider commercial disputes.
• Handle matters autonomously while supporting senior lawyers on complex litigation.
• Work with businesses, insurers, Counsel and other stakeholders.
• Develop your technical expertise within a technology-led legal environment.

• Qualified Solicitor with Commercial Disputes/Litigation experience.
• Confident managing a varied caseload.

• Insurance litigation experience desirable.
• Comfortable embracing technology and modern ways of working.
